He is a Strategic Executive with a solid Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales, R&D, Innovation, B2B & B2C and e-commerce background.

He is recognized as a thought leader, owning the big picture strategy and delivers creative, omni-channel strategies to position strong brands.

In his 20-year corporate experience he spent 3 years with Unilever, 15 years with BAT and 2 years with BRF. More recently he is getting very active in advising startups and local/regional companies.

Besides comprehensive knowledge of all marketing and sales areas, Arno gained deep business experience as member of local boards, regional marketing leadership teams and global brand steering groups.

He is a cross-cultural leader &Coach, with an inspiring and inclusive approach that ignites the team. He has the proven ability to operate in diverse and volatile environments, as he bridged cultural barriers when leading teams and managing relationships in Latin America, Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Arno holds an MBA from Vienna University of Economics, a Post Graduate Degree in Latin American Studies and is currently enrolled in a Post-Graduate Diploma program for Digital Business Transformation from Columbia University.

Arno’s curiosity for experiencing different cultures puts him on the road as much as possible, as he loves to travel with his family to explore new places. He also likes to push the boundaries and can be found competing in Ironman triathlons
